No-Nonsense Muscle Building, also known as Skinny Guy Secrets, is a relative newcomer to the world of bodybuilding programs. Vince Delmonte is the creator of the program. The Training Program

The program is based on the 9 Growth Principles - these techniques are continuously emphasized throughout the entire book and build up on each other to teach you the best way to train in the gym in the least amount of time. Heavy Weights with Intensity, Low Reps - Why doing too many reps is a bad thing.
